Now that the fundraiser is over we are so excited about choosing who gets this amazing pro bono chiropractic care and those nominations come from YOU!
To nominate a someone in need of this amazing gift we wanna hear from you. Send us a video of yourself (as simple as recording a video using your cell phone) explaining to us who you are nominating, how you know them, a bit about their family, their involvement in the community, and why they need chiropractic care.
